CouchPotato, Jackett, nginx reverse proxy not working

Jackett was not working so i updated to the latest version from github:
Jackett v0.10.142.0
Jackett is reachable through  http://IP:9117 as well as  http://IP/jackett with default nginx reverse proxy settings.

in CouchPotato I added the PotatoTorrent url as described in Jackett. The default url does not work
http://localhost/jackett/api/v2.0/indexers/1337x/results/potato/
I changed it to
http://localhost:9117/jackett/api/v2.0/indexers/1337x/results/potato/
No CP finds torrents. When trying to get the torrent for downloading it failes with:

09-01 23:37:43 INFO[hpotato.core.plugins.base] Opening url: get http://localhost:9117/jackett/dl/1337x/?jackett_apikey=03fl3cs2txrxmrvpwmb2sp8b73ko4frl&path=Q2ZESjhLZTA2aG9ueVhaSW11ZFUtNmZWNTJjS1V1YkE4Z3dLR1hwakxWMnVVaTNpc0RiU3NOdUFWalV4c0Qzd1lfLTFWODZkckl1YUxLRXI4LXB6TDhLSmNwWTJXTjJibUdaRjFpOHRBZVhLQ0ZmNzZuVGpVYmpVeDVZRndRQ3BLOC1iUEc4SDJlNEZybWlJNVhIM2xhZWZUaGZQVnc1ajhMZEN5cEhlVWNubjBTVWFEZ1lJbUFyYm0yaUFBZG1mY1BhcnJqa0NweHd3M3NNOWpsQkxpNmZCWEhYTmR0eFJZQ3Zyd0l6cGhVa3QwdGNs&file=American.Animals.2018.1080p.BluRay.x264-DRONES[EtHD], data: []

Notice here:
get http://localhost:9117/jackett/dl/...
this url does not work.. although http://localhost:/jackett/dl/.. as well as http://localhost:9117/dl/... works

It looks like the nginx reverse proxy settings are not correct.. I updated them according to
but didn't help..

Comments

  • Multiple Jackett fixes coming in OpenFLIXR 2.7, hold tight.
  • Still an issue in OpenFLIXR 2.9.1. (No connection adapters were found for 'magnet:?xt=urn:) Using this link :

CP finds various movies in the search, but the torrent links are giving the problem. They can not be fetched. The Info button which brings you to the torrent website is working.

    Same goes for using "http://localhost:9117/potato/all/api"

At the least You can keep track of what is available, but you will need to use Jackett or any other tool to do the job. This issue has been around for a while now, and it looks like CP is not following up on this one. Any suggestions ?
